I think I am drunk, drunk with your love,
I think I'm going insane, crazy for you,
I'm addicted to your love, I can't get enough,
You have my heart, I beats only for you.

Poetry
From the darkness you came to me,
Unbeknownst, I failed to see,
Love was lost to me already,
Lost was I, until you came to be,
Majestically you appeared in front of me,
Opening my eyes to such beauty,
Opening my heart to such serenity,
Nothing shall ever compare to thee...
Unbeknownst, I failed to see,
Love was lost to me already,
Lost was I, until you came to be,
Majestically you appeared in front of me,
Opening my eyes to such beauty,
Opening my heart to such serenity,
Nothing shall ever compare to thee...

I Care
I want you to know, how much I care.
I want you to show, but only if you dare.
Your every happy every woe, every dream every nightmare.
Your every high and every low, I really wished you'd share.
I'll make it snow, if that is what you declare.
I want you to show, but only if you dare.
Your every happy every woe, every dream every nightmare.
Your every high and every low, I really wished you'd share.
I'll make it snow, if that is what you declare.
For you, I will go, just about everywhere.
For today and tomorrow, I'll always treat you fair.
My love can only grow, this I swear.

Adventures in Albany - Day 23
It hurts to know,
You don’t feel the way I do,
It hurts to know,
There’s nothing I can do.
It hurts to know,
no matter how I feel,
or what I show,
My fate is already sealed.
It just hurts so much,
When I think about it,
Like my future and such,
The pieces just don’t fit.
It hurts to know,
I’ll be leaving,
It hurts to know,
I can’t do a thing.
It hurts to know,
I’ll no longer be with you,
Without your positive glow,
I find it hard to start anew.
It hurts so bad,
I cry every night,
It hurts, and I am sad,
To be in this plight.
It hurts to know,
That this could be the end,
That I have to go,
My love, my dear friend.
You don’t feel the way I do,
It hurts to know,
There’s nothing I can do.
It hurts to know,
no matter how I feel,
or what I show,
My fate is already sealed.
It just hurts so much,
When I think about it,
Like my future and such,
The pieces just don’t fit.
It hurts to know,

It hurts to know,
That this could be the end,
That I have to go,
My love, my dear friend.

All Things Bright and Beautiful,
taken from a christian wedding hymm
All things bright and beautiful,
All creatures great and small,
All things wise and wonderful,
The Lord God made them all.
Each little flower that opens,
Each little bird that sings,
He made their glowing colours,
He made their tiny wings.
The purple-headed mountain,
The river running by,
The sunset and the morning,
That brightens up the sky;
The cold wind in the winter,
The pleasant summer sun,
The ripe fruits in the garden,
He made them every one;
The tall trees in the greenwood,
The meadows for our play,
The rushes by the water,
To gather every day;
He gave us eyes to see them,
And lips that we might tell
How great is God Almighty,
Who has made all things well.
All things bright and beautiful,
All creatures great and small,
All things wise and wonderful,
The Lord God made them all.
This is where James Herriot got the names for his collection of books. I can't remember when was the last time I read the first book, 'All Creatures Big and Small'. My first interest in Veterinary. Which I guess led me to Medicine...

Rottnest
After 22km of cycling carrying 10kgs on my back, being in the cold and wet form the rain, getting painful swollen gluteus maximus from an uncomfortable seat, having friends shouting at me to hurry up, and going through 2 runned down camera batteries later...
The day started, just as any other,
But 6am on a Sunday was quite a bother,
Back aching from sleeping on the floor,
Cold damp weather seeping through the door.
Got up, got dressed, prepared nonetheless,
Packed up just as Sichang arrived with the rest,
So down to the train station we headed,
“Expect several showers,” was what we dreaded.

It rained once, on the train to Fremantle,
But when we got there, the weather looks settled,
We were all excited as we marched on board,
But the moment we sat down, we all got bored.

So we took out the cards and played ‘Bluff,’
And got seasick as the sea was rough,
It rained the second time, whilst on the ship,
I wondered how many showers we’ll have on this trip.

Luckily the rained stopped when we docked,
Straight to the bicycle hire shop we flocked,
All seems wonderful, all sunny and dry,
But it rained again, made me want to cry.

We flocked to Dome, to have some hot drinks,
Now ‘weather’ was taboo and became a jinx,
When our last companion finally arrived,
Our excitement and enthusiasm was somehow revived.

The first thing that we did on the trail we rode,
Was to get lost at the very first fork in the road,
Map-reader was blamed and we should reappoint,
But anyways, we ended up at a nice lookout point.

Victory was short-lived, as it rained again,
Got under a hut, to shelter from the rain,
Seriously, it was becoming a pain in the butt,
At least there were posters on quokkas in that hut,
Finally, “Screw it, we are wet anyway,”
Said Chua, as we were fed up to pray,
So we cycled in the pouring rain,
Both the weather and us, were insane.
There was no shelter that we could see,
But the rain stopped in 15 minutes, thankfully,
We made a stop, and took some great shots,
But it rained again, this time LOTS.

We pursued and we endured to our next stop,
Up a hill to the lighthouse at the very top,
The lighthouse was white, plain and classic,
Standing tall, but was closed to the public.

Luckily, there was a little quokka nearby,
It looked wild, but it was not at all shy,
As we said goodbye, and zoomed downhill,
King’s bicycle broke and he had a bad spill.

A 4th year, a 5th year, a 6th year and an intern,
And having no first-aid kit was a concern,
Luckily a guy passed by, with some bandages,
And King survived with abrasions and scratches.

We continued to pursue and endured,
All wet, tired, aching, and with one injured,
And the winds were strong and hammering,
Even with my weight, I was staggering.
But finally we reached the furthest cape,
Celebrating and enjoying the scenery with mouths agape,
But then it hit me with this annoying fact,
We had to cycle all the way back…

Reluctantly leaving such a beautiful place,
Making our way back to home base,
But with such an uncomfortable seat, alas,
It was, literally, pain in my ass.
After a total of 22 kilometers,
Body aching, down to all my toes and fingers,
Camera batteries were all spent,
Glad that that was the end of the torment.
We got some rest and something to munch,
And some Quokkas joined us for lunch,
Too tired and not bothered to chase them away,
Phang gave them chips to keep them at bay.
After returning the bicycles we rented,
I still felt a little discontented,
We went to the beach, to serve my need,
We found a place, with lots of seaweed.
We laid down our bags on the nice beautiful sand,
And I went to test the water firsthand,
Then I stripped down, not wanting to care anymore,
Jumped in, and was frozen to the core.
So everyone instead, decided to play with the sand,
Chua engraved our names in the sand,
Sichang architecturally made a ‘man’,
And I castrated it with a swift back-hand.
As we head back towards the jetties,
Phang exclaims that he lost his keys,
People starting to crowd, to catch the last ferry,
And it was also becoming drizzly.

Despite fighting against a horde,
We managed to get on board,
But the waves were brutal with another rain,
Making us sea sick all over again.
And at the end of the day,
Butt and back aching to my dismay,
I just want to curl up into bed,
Wishing that I had spent the day here instead.

Rhee-son to Live 2
You’re the reason to live
You’re the reason to breathe
You’re the reason I can fly
You’re the reason I’m a good guy
You’re the reason I become whole
You’re my heart and soul
You’re the reason to breathe
You’re the reason I can fly
You’re the reason I’m a good guy
You’re the reason I become whole
You’re my heart and soul

Poem
This is a poem/riddle I found. Love it ^_^
Down below the shining moon
Around the trees, a sacred gloom
Running with the midnight sky
Knowing the thing that makes you cry
Night is full with my essence
Eternal light betrays my presence
Soaring through my endless task
Shadows are my faithful mask
Down below the shining moon
Around the trees, a sacred gloom
Running with the midnight sky
Knowing the thing that makes you cry
Night is full with my essence
Eternal light betrays my presence
Soaring through my endless task
Shadows are my faithful mask

Loneliness
I wish not to be me,
I'm empty as can be,
I hate this pain & strife,
I hate not having a life.
No child to call my own,
Nobody my flesh and bone,
No one else in my house,
Coz' I don't have a spouse.
No one to share my life with,
No one to fill that empty rift,
No one to love and to hold,
No one to treasure like gold.
No one to turn to,
No one to talk to,
No friends I could call,
Nope, no one at all.
So,
I don't have a life,
I don't have a wife,
I don't have a girlfriend,
I don't have a friend,
I don't have a somebody,
I only have myself and me.

I'm empty as can be,
I hate this pain & strife,
I hate not having a life.
No child to call my own,
Nobody my flesh and bone,
No one else in my house,
Coz' I don't have a spouse.
No one to share my life with,
No one to fill that empty rift,
No one to love and to hold,
No one to treasure like gold.
No one to turn to,
No one to talk to,
No friends I could call,
Nope, no one at all.
So,
I don't have a life,
I don't have a wife,
I don't have a girlfriend,
I don't have a friend,
I don't have a somebody,
I only have myself and me.

The Jelly Fish
Passively floating,
Aimlessly drifting,
Going where the currents flow,
Life's steady and slow,
Without concern or care,
Neither here nor there,
Always alone, ever so cautious,
Stinging those who approaches,
Going through the days,
Being pelted by waves,
The blazing sun scorches,
The icy water freezes,
Battered against the rocks,
Left alone under the docks.
Aimlessly drifting,
Going where the currents flow,
Life's steady and slow,
Without concern or care,
Neither here nor there,
Always alone, ever so cautious,
Stinging those who approaches,
Going through the days,
Being pelted by waves,
The blazing sun scorches,
The icy water freezes,
Battered against the rocks,
Left alone under the docks.

Valentine's Day
You are always there for me,
You never let me down,
Always keeping me company,
Cheer me up whenever I frown.
Like the stars to the sailors,
You guide me when I'm astray,
Like a conductor to orchestra players,
You keep me on track everyday.
I really wish I could spend,
The rest of my life with you,
Coz you care, you understand,
Make me smile when I am blue.
You are my fix-it guy,
You make everything alright,
I think I would surely die,
If you ever leave my sight.
I love you so much,
I really really do,
I feel safe with your touch,
Whenever I'm with you.
We'll never part, ever,
Coz, we're meant to be,
I will cherish you forever,
My beloved Ken Rhee.
I just wish someone would write that for me. But it wasn't a lonely Valentine's Day and time spent with friends is time worth spent. Of course for some, this would be their last Single's Night Out... All the best to you.
You are my life,
You are my wife,
I'll take care of you,
I'll be there for you,
Have fun playing,
When done working,
Play fun games together,
Call sweet names to each other,
Watch anime,
Everyday,
Watch Movies and TV,
Heroes and House MD,
Whenever you frown,
I'll strip you down,
Clean you up,
Spice you up,
Make sure nothing is wrong,
Perhaps even play you a song,
When everything is well,
When things are swell,
I'll kiss you good night,
I'll miss you... Sleep tight!

My Sword
a poem...
You stand shining in the sun,
That gleam in your eye,
Lifts my spirits high,
For the battle that has begun,
Oh my Lords!
Brandish your swords!
There is a battle to be won.
There is beauty in your jewels,
Your heart is pure as gold,
Your body nice to hold,
Mesmerizing everyone in your duels,
Your tongue is sharp,
That cuts through tarp,
Anybody in your way, are merely fools.
You dance ever so elegantly,
Singing the songs of war,
With tuneful turns and rhythmic roar,
Piercing through men’s hearts so swiftly,
Ever flowing,
Ever so charming,
And men kneel down to you, willingly.
You pierce through the thickest armour,
You’ve broken my shield,
With that, to you I yield,
With that, may you be my new master,
To you I serve,
You, I’ll preserve,
With my life, will you never be torn asunder.
You, my Graceful Sword, I will protect,
Shield you from harm,
Wrap you in my arms,
Together we will stand erect,
Standing tall,
Defeating all,
Any assault will not have any effect.
I will never falter, I will stand guard,
With you by my side,
You’ll ever be my guide,
The battle won, the journey hard,
My Lady, my Lord,
You are my sword,
And I will be your scabbard.
You stand shining in the sun,
That gleam in your eye,
Lifts my spirits high,
For the battle that has begun,
Oh my Lords!
